Atom Scientific was formed in 2011 through a joint venture between Biostain Ready Reagents and Molekula Fine Chemicals.

Whilst Atom offers a wide range of products to different industry market sectors, we specialise in the manufacture of Diagnostic Reagents and Kits for the worldwide Life Science Industry  and has over 50 years combined experience in both manufacturing and quality controlling reagents.

Product quality is the core focus of the company, and our internal Life Science Laboratory staffed by former Senior NHS Scientists, supported by our IVD Certification for all products, maintain a rolling product development strategy to ensure we constantly deliver superior product quality.

 

Our Technical Support Team ensures that all of our customers whether end-user or International Dealer receive immediate support whenever required, including provision of MSDS and C of A, if not already available from our Support Zone.

Atom operates from Biostain's existing facility in Manchester, and with the addition in 2011 of a new Distribution facility, the company currently has a 10,000sq ft manufacturing and bottling facility and a 10,000 sq ft Office and Distribution Facility which now ships over 40,000 shipments worldwide every year.

 With a rapidly growing team, the company now has 18 employees and plans are well advanced for the addition of a new expanded Production facility due to come on line August 2012, allowing us more capacity to cope with growing demand.

Atom Scientific is also one of the last few privately owned companies within the industry and one of the last few truly independant Reagent manufacturers remaining in the world, and with over 10,000 products, brings a real  alternative to Sigma, VWR and Fisher.
